If you are not satisfied with your purchase in anyway please follow the steps to get your issue addressed promptly. We stand behind our quality and we will refund any purchase that is defective or not up-to the quality of our customer's expectation within 7 business days upon receiving the item.
How to file a return?
- Keep the original packaging material in good shape for return shipping.
- Email your order # in the Subject line and provide a brief description in the email on the reason for return.
- Once we receive your email we’ll process the return within 48 hours (or sooner) and provide with you a return address. We'll provide free return shipping label if we assess the issue is caused by us due to manufacturing defect, etc.
- Use the original packaging material and carefully re-package the product.
- Allow up-to 14 days for us to receive and complete your return. If its defective we'll refund the full amount. However if its an order error the original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Larger items (hampers, storage chests) are subject to additonal re-stocking and return shipping fee.
