We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered or received, we’ll exchange it, credit your account or refund your money.

Printing & Online Errors:

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our information in print and online, errors occasionally occur. We reserve the right to make corrections.

Multiple Ship-to’s:

For multiple shipping addresses, a separate shipping and handling charge will be assessed based on the product total to each address.

Shipping & Rates

We use UPS and US Postal Service as our primary courier and reserve the right to use other courier if needed.   Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on our two warehouse locations in the US and the zip code of the address it is ship to.  Our automated system makes the best effort to find the lowest shipping cost for the buyer.  We reserve the rights to make adjustments to shipping rate based on market condition without any written notice.  Currently we ship to most states in the US.  If you want to buy internationally please email us at customer@inthispace.com for more information on shipping locations.

Oversize Charges

Because some large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, we have added a delivery surcharge; this charge is stated in the product’s description and is in addition to regular delivery charges.

If an order is made in error and need to be returned, we will charge a 10% re-stocking fee for the extra handling charge on over-sized items.

Same Day Shipping

We always strive to ship your order as soon as possible.  However we cannot guarantee same-day shipping.  If your order is submitted before 9AM PST or EST (our Los Angeles and Pennsylvania location) we will do our best effort to ship the same day.

Change of Ship-to Address

If the ship-to address entered is incorrect and change is required after the package has left our warehouse we’ll charge for a change request fee.  This is a pass-through fee charged by UPS, Fedex or USPS. We cannot guarantee the change request will be honored due to shipping restriction imposed by the courier.  We ask everyone to enter the ship-to address carefully to avoid any unnecessary costs.
